Three Bridges came to national prominence in 2002, with the Sonlite/Crossroads release Soldier. Their unique style, melding Southern Gospel and black Gospel styles, quickly caught on across the country, bringing the group numerous radio hits (including seven top 10 and three #1 songs) and several appearances on the Gaither Homecoming Videos.
During the years they recorded with Crossroads, Three Bridges' lineup included Mitchel Jon, Elliot McCoy, and Dave McVay. Mitchel Jon and Dave McVay have both since released solo projects with Crossroads.
