What a year for the Talley Trio! At the 2001 SGMA awards, they took home “Album of the Year” (Testament) and “Female Vocalist of the Year” (Debra Talley). In addition, Lauren Talley released her debut solo project and was honored at the 2001 Singing News Fan Awards as the “Favorite Young Artist.” Hope For Tomorrow is this talented family’s fourth project for Horizon Records, and it is one that will surely keep the industry awards and nominations coming.

The rich heritage of Gospel music can often be traced back to the unique harmonies possessed by musical families who have consistently and continually passed down this tradition from generation to generation. Such is the case with Roger, Debra and their daughter, Lauren. They are collectively known as The Talley Trio.

They have always presented fresh new music that transcends musical and demographic boundaries, and nothing illustrates that better than their latest recording Hope For Tomorrow. They once again demonstrate their ability to effectively deliver with class and professionalism this musical variety with ease.

The Talley Trio truly enjoys their concert appearances, whether it be a church service or a large arena they often perform in. They are featured on the popular Gaither Homecoming Series, which is viewed by millions via home videos and networks such as TNN, TBN and the Family Channel. They are also featured performers on the Gaither Homecoming Concert Tours. Even though their recording and touring schedule tends to be hectic, the love and closeness they share is most evident.

The Talley Trio sent three songs from Hope for Tomorrow to radio, and each song went to #1: The Healer hit #1 in November 2002, The Answer is Christ in March 2003, and I Love the Lord in October 2003.
