This CD is the audio from a live video taping the Collingsworth Family video taping in April 2008. The taping was at the Cincinnati Music Hall in Cincinnati, Ohio, for a capacity audience of 3,400.

Highlights among the vocal numbers of the night included "Holy, Holy, Holy" (an acapella number featuring Courtney), "We Still Believe" (featuring Phil Jr.), "Blessed Be the Lamb," and "I Can Trust Jesus." In fact, Courtney Collingsworth delivered such a strong live rendition of "I Can Trust Jesus" that this live version was sent to radio, instead of the studio version.

Of course, there was also the typical variety of instrumental selections found at a Collingsworth Family concert. Phil Sr. offered a "Trumpet Medley," Brooklyn and Courtney did a violin duet ("No One Ever Cared for Me Like Jesus") and a fiddle duet (“Lily of the Valley”), and Kim offered a showstopping piano solo on "It is Well With My Soul."
