We accept returns or exchanges only in the event of damaged or defective products. This does not apply to cracked or broken CD cases. We promise to pack your purchases with the utmost care, but due to mail handling, an occasional jewel case may sustain a cracks or break. There are no returns or refunds on digital downloads.
