Description

The Dove Brothers welcome their new live band with a collection of songs capturing the energy of the 1970s, when live bands defined the Gospel Music sound. From classics of the era like My Soul Has Been Set Free, Oh Buddha, Good Ole Gospel Song, and King Jesus, to new songs with the same punch, this recording is sure to delight fans of that era.

The Dove Brothers have not forgotten the fans they won over during their first years on the road, when they were known for revisiting classics from the 1940s and 1950s. This recording features bass David Hester on a smooth rendition of the Blackwood Brothers / Bill Lyles song How About You. It also includes a new song with a classic quartet arrangement, I Recall.

But while they have not forgotten their heritage, neither are they afraid to try something new. They unleash tenor Jerry Martin on the project's most unique track, Unstoppable. From that track's modern country groove to the classic stylings, this project has something for everyone.
