We Still Believe showcases the Collingsworth Family's wide variety of vocal and instrumental talents. From the point they started touring in a full-time concert ministry through this 2007 recording, the vocal configuration with Phil Collingsworth Sr. singing baritone, Kim Collingsworth singing alto, and oldest daughter Brooklyn singing soprano formed the group's vocal backbone. Though this lineup still carries nearly half of the project (six of fourteen songs), several other vocal combinations are also present. The entire family sings three songs, a trio of the Collingsworth teenagers (Brooklyn, Courtney, Phil Jr.) sings More than Just a Swear Word, and a ladies trio (Kim, Brooklyn, Courtney) sings When God Whispers.

There are also three solos: Phil Sr.'s trumpet skills are highlighted in Trumpet Medley, while Kim's piano talents shine on her signature rendition of It is Well With My Soul. Youngest daughter Olivia, who was age 9 at the time, is featured on a rendition of My Favorite Things—with a new verse that has left audiences across the country practically rolling in laughter.

The family's music attracts fans across genre boundaries . . . without compromising the Southern style or the Gospel message.
