MNSGFan recently posted a review of Tribute Quartet’s new release The Waiting is Over. A highlight:
Overall, The Waiting Is Over presents Tribute Quartet with an opportunity to catapult into the upper-tier of SG artists. Sure, it has some weak spots, but Tribute more than makes up for it with some very strong tracks that are sure to be chart-toppers.
Southern Gospel Review features The Waiting is Over
Southern Gospel Review featured a CD review of Tribute Quartet’s The Waiting is Over. The album received a 9/10 rating and earned praise like this:
Tribute Quartet, in more ways than one, gave Southern Gospel fans a message, “The waiting is over.” Not only does the title borrow from the project’s big hit, “Homecoming Day,” without being too obvious, but it also shares that the waiting is over for the project’s biggest and best album to date.

Josh Singletary interviewed in Nevada Appeal
Tribute Quartet recently appeared in Carson City, Nevada. Before the concert, baritone/pianist Josh Singletary was interviewed by the Nevada Appeal. He discussed the group’s formation and how quickly things have moved for the group, adding that “there are still moments when it feels like we need to pinch ourselves.” He added:
“There are a lot of people who know about this music and others who don’t or who think of a mom-and-pop thing down at a little church or country fair,” he said. “We perform southern gospel first because we believe every word that comes out of our mouths and because it speaks to those who are living life, who are struggling and who are of a certain age who know that what we’re singing is true.”
