Every month, Crossroads Entertainment & Marketing releases new songs to radio stations throughout the United States, Canada, and in several other parts of the world. Our January 2012 Crossroads Airplay Sampler had the top four most favored songs in the Nation, according to the Singing News Top 10 New Releases list to be published in March 2012. So, we just had to send this shout-out thank you to our terrific DJ friends for making The Kingsmen “Loving Shepherd, Gracious God”, The Crist Family “I Love You Son”, The Inspirations “Talk About Dying” and Tribute Quartet’s “Homecoming Day” the # 1, 2, 3 and 4 TOP deejay-favorite songs received by their station in January.
We appreciate our deejays friends and the work they tirelessly do, and the listeners who call them and request the music!

The Passing of a Great Lady
Crossroads extends our deepest sympathy and send condolences to our radio partners at WJBZ in Knoxville, TN for the loss of Mrs. Mull, wife of the station’s founder Rev. J. Bazzel Mull. Longtime WJBZ employee Jamie Lewis sent this announcement:
It is with great sadness that The Mull Family announces that the Mull Family Matriarch, Mrs. J. Bazzel Mull passed away at 4:04 AM on Monday, January 9, 2012. She has taken her flight to the arms of Jesus and to be with her beloved husband the late great Rev. J. Bazzel Mull who passed away September 5, 2006. Arrangements are incomplete at this time and Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel on Kingston Pike will be in charge.
Kingsmen Radioactive With Red Hot New Single!
Ray Reese and his mighty Kingsmen rocketed off the Crossroads launchpad with their supersonic new single, “He’s Everything I Need.” The song immediately began garnering DJ Pick mentions at station after station across the nation. On receiving his copy of the song, WJSM Martinsburg, PA music director Hap Ritchey wrote:
“I don’t ever send emails to you so you know this one is special.
I looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove this new song from the Kingsmen.

Radio Download Site a Thumbs Up!
When we launched the Crossroads Radio Distribution Services (CRDS) website at the beginning of 2009, we were setting sail in some uncharted waters. Thankfully, the deejay download service has proven to be a bonafide “radio hit,” with nearly 500 users and new sign-ups coming in every week!
