Balsam Range offers up a second helping of the best in Bluegrass and Bluegrass Gospel music with Last Train to Kitty Hawk. Several band members contributed songs for the project; guitarist Caleb Smith wrote Jack Diamond and Jaxon Point, while fiddler Buddy Melton contributed Julie's Train. Legendary Southern Gospel soprano Karen Peck offered a guest vocal on the Dottie Rambo-penned classic The Holy Hills of Heaven.
